Vidyashilp Public School on the Yewalewadi–Kondhwa campus hosts assemblies, prize distributions, and full-scale annual day productions in its dedicated auditorium. Sai Enterprises AV Solutions designed a system that works for everyday school announcements and full-stage performances alike: front-of-house loudspeakers covering the tiered seating, stage monitoring for student performers, and a flexible microphone plan for principals, guest speakers, and choir ensembles. A digital mixing console with stored presets lets teaching staff run morning assemblies with one recall, while the technical team retains full channel control for concert nights. Wireless handheld and lapel microphones, DI inputs for keyboards and backing tracks, and HDMI presentation to a large stage display keep the programme flowing without cable changes between acts. Loudspeaker positions were chosen to preserve sightlines and work with the auditorium's natural acoustics. The outcome is a school venue where students hear themselves on stage, audiences catch every word from the dais, and faculty run events confidently without calling in outside technicians.
