Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth's Tathawade campus serves institutes including the School of Science and Technology and Biotechnology & Bioinformatics Institute, where classrooms are expected to support both in-room teaching and online delivery. Sai Enterprises AV Solutions rolled out a campus-wide digital classroom programme: large-format projection and interactive displays at the teaching wall, ceiling loudspeakers for clear voice reinforcement, and HDMI/USB switching that lets faculty move between laptop, document camera, and wireless presentation without leaving the lectern. Each room was cabled for reliable connectivity — structured AV routing to a lockable rack, surge-protected power, and labelled wall plates so IT and facilities teams can service any classroom independently. Microphones and program audio feed the room speakers at speech-first levels suited to lecture halls and tutorial rooms across the 87/88 survey campus on the Mumbai-Bangalore Express Highway. Faculty can walk in, select a source, and teach. The result is a consistent digital classroom standard across the Tathawade institutes: sharper visuals for STEM content, dependable audio for every seat, and infrastructure aligned with DPU's ICT-enabled teaching and LMS goals.
