State Reserve Police Force (SRPF), Wanowrie

Case notes

The State Reserve Police Force conference room at Ramtekdi, Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra 411022 is a timber-panelled briefing room. A U-shaped table faces the force emblem, with the national flag and the Maharashtra police flag at the head. Officers meet here for formal discussions, so the presiding officer needs priority over the floor and every seat needs a microphone that stays intelligible without a technician in the room. Sai Enterprises AV Solutions installed a Studiomaster Vāk 30 wireless conference system for that table. One Vāk 30.C chairman unit sits at the head, with a priority switch that overrides the delegates. Fourteen Vāk 30.D delegate units run along both arms — wireless bases with detachable 21-inch gooseneck microphones and illuminated talk switches. The Vāk 30.S controller ties the chairman and delegate units together and feeds a single Ahuja SSB-120DP 120 W mixer amplifier, so speech from the conference system is reinforced in the room. The result is a session-ready government conference room: the chair can take the floor, delegates speak in turn, and the sitting does not depend on handheld microphones or a live operator.
