The Pune Zilla Parishad headquarters on Wellesley Road has historically housed both assembly and conference facilities, with the newer VK-designed building adding additional halls while this legacy conference space continues to support day-to-day administration. Sai Enterprises treated the room as a precision conferencing space rather than a public assembly venue. Ceiling-mounted loudspeakers deliver even, low-level reinforcement suited to round-table discussion, while gooseneck and wireless microphones capture every participant without handheld fatigue.
