After a devastating fire in June 2022, the mandal rebuilt the hall with modern stage technology, ample parking, and a JBL sound system that returned professional Marathi theatre to the Konkan coast. Sai Enterprises AV Solutions delivered performance-grade reinforcement for the renovated auditorium: main and delay loudspeakers covering the tiered red seating, wedge stage monitors along the wooden stage lip, and gooseneck podium microphones for civic openings and director addresses. A glass-fronted control booth at the rear houses mixing and processing positions with sightlines across the full house. Architectural LED accents and stage lighting trusses integrate with the audio system so rural natya mahotsavs, professional drama tours, and gram panchayat cultural programmes share one reliable technical backbone.
