Finolex Cables Ltd manufactures optic fibre and optic fibre cable at its Urse plant in Taluka Maval, Pune district — a division that produces world-class OFC for India's digital infrastructure. Assembly and drawing lines run across three floors, where supervisors and operators need to talk to each other over machine noise without leaving their stations. Sai Enterprises AV Solutions designed a two-way assembly-line communication system for that layout. Soundcraft Ui16 digital mixers sit at the heart of each floor's talkback path, feeding Ahuja APA-480 amplification into TOA BS-1030W wall speakers so paging and replies stay intelligible along the line. Operators use Sennheiser XS 1 microphones on Ahuja G-622S stands; Neutrik connectors and Finolex speaker and microphone cable keep the plant's own cable brand in the signal path. The result is simple two-way communication from floor to floor: a worker can call a colleague, a shift lead can address a line, and speech stays clear without a control-room specialist on every shift.
