YASHADA's indoor auditorium at the Management Development Centre hosts state-level training programmes, policy workshops, and cultural events for IAS, IPS, and elected representatives from across Maharashtra. The academy is situated on Baner Road, 750 metres from Savitribai Phule Pune University, within the Raj Bhavan Complex at Ganeshkhind. YASHADA's MDC facility includes an auditorium with 250–300 seating capacity alongside air-conditioned seminar halls and syndicate rooms. Sai Enterprises delivered an auditorium system balancing speech intelligibility for training sessions with sufficient headroom for cultural performances and guest lectures. Main loudspeakers and delay fills provide consistent coverage from the stage to the rear rows, with podium and wireless microphone infrastructure and projection or large-format display feeds. The installation integrates with YASHADA's broader MDC facility — sharing operator workflows with the academy's seminar halls and syndicate rooms on the Raj Bhavan Complex campus.
